Notes:  A gentleman = John Dunton. With an initial contents leaf. The recto of sig. A3 is numbered 1. Includes ’The phenix’ with separate titlepage "printed for J. Morphew", 1707. A reissue of vol. 1 of ’The phenix’, 1707, with the addition of ’The book of sports’ and ’Remarks upon the book of sports’.
